Our Capabilities
We want to make the highest quality parts with the fastest turn around. Why? We want you to grow so that we can grow WITH you, not BECAUSE of you. If we don't have the capabilities you're needing, let's talk about how we can get those capabilities.
3 Axis Milling
Most CNC machine shops have 3 axis milling capabilities. Our largest work envelope is 64in by 32in, meaning that there aren't many parts we CAN'T machine due to their size.
4 Axis Milling
In addition to traditional 3 axis CNC milling, we've added 4th axis capabilities to be able to accommodate your more complex part geometries.
2 Axis Turning
We LOVE 2 axis turning in our shop. We can turn 18.1in diameter X 25.9in long parts and we can hold a +/-0.0004 tolerance.
Y Axis Turning
Having Y axis and live tooling capabilites on our turning centers means that we can turn a 2 operation part into a 1 operation part, saving you money and getting your parts to you quicker.
Surface Grinding
Our surface grinder is one of the largest in terms of work envelope in the Arkansas River Valley. We can grind parts up to 40in long X 16in wide. As with most surface grinders our tolerances are +/- 0.0001in.
